At the Sea - based on Simon Stålenhag's "The Electric State"

The creation of this environment and the animation movie was the project that acompanied my bachelor thesis. This scene was created after the four final illustrations from Simon Stålenhag's incredible "The Electric State". The project was realized solely by myself. I wanted to adapt Stålenhag's illustrations as close as possible, while creating a realistic scene. The most complex parts of this projects were the modelling of the car (due to its complexity), the creation of the ocean and the lighting. Further breakdowns of the scene's elements will follow shortly.
